Congratulations, Hayden Routt County Fair Students!

👏 Huge congratulations to each and every one of you who participated in the 2025 Routt County Fair! Whether you took part in livestock shows, 4-H exhibits, rodeo events, home arts, horse or dog shows—you made the whole community beam with pride.

Your hard work, passion, and dedication—from raising animals, to showing animals, crafting homemade projects, or rodeo skills—truly embody the spirit of Hayden and our area’s proud heritage. These are the kind of experiences that build both character and community.

To families, educators, and local mentors—thank you for guiding and supporting our students every step of the way. This fair is as much about teamwork and spirit as it is about individual achievements.

Through your efforts, you’ve honored a tradition stretching back over a century—bringing West Routt’s proud ranching and agricultural heritage to new heights. You’ve shown what it means to work hard, stay committed, and celebrate with community.

Hayden Recreational Co-Ed Youth Football Registration Open!

Dear Hayden Middle School Families, We are so excited to introduce something brand new this year — the first-ever Hayden Middle School Summer Spark — Where Learning Sparks Imagination! Summer Spark is a unique opportunity for students to stay engaged, curious, and connected during the summer break. This is not your typical summer school — it’s a hands-on, high-energy, project-based experience designed to ignite creativity and make learning come alive. Whether your child loves science, solving problems, building things, or just trying something new, Summer Spark has something for them. Each session includes: ● Exciting, Cross-Curricular Projects ○ Students will dive into meaningful tasks that blend math, science, reading, art, and critical thinking — making learning feel fun and relevant. ● STEM Challenges That Spark Innovation ○ From designing and testing inventions to exploring real-world problems, students will learn by doing. ● A Weekly Field Trip + Free Lunch on Thursdays ○ Each session ends with an off-site learning adventure that connects classroom ideas to the world around us. Program Details: ● Session 1: July 7–10 ● Session 2: July 14–17 ● Monday–Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM ● Thursday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM Students may participate in one session only. Registration is first-come, first-served, and we expect spots to fill quickly.
